Rüdemann »Korn« Plain Schnapps, ABV 32 %, 500 ml

Rüdemann Korn is a real rarity. It is produced only once a year, always when the harvest is in. Rye and wheat from their own fields and soft water from their own well are used by the two hunters Niklas and Jan to produce the schnapps. From harvesting to bottling, everything is done by hand. Rüdemann Korn is so mild that it is an absolute pleasure even pure, while unfolding its unique taste in the mouth in a way you would not expect from a Korn. Aromas of freshly harvested grain, straw and fine vanilla notes shape the character of this elegant spirit. The Rüdemann Korn is fantastic to drink as a shot, before, during or after a walk in the woods, or as a shot straight from the iced bottle. But due to its wonderful softness, it usually does not need cooling. Particularly authentic - and exciting - it is drunk with a small pine twig. Here’s to a successful hunt!
