Description

A stylish steak and table knife with an elegant slender shape. Attractive cocobolo wood, a precious wood with deep red heartwood striped with dark brown to black grain, is used for the handle scales. A total of 14 outer layers form an impressive Suminagashi pattern around the cutting layer made of Blue Paper Steel. The upper part of the blade has a hammered surface texture. Double bevel, not rustproof, hardness 60 HRC.
