Description

Knitted from soft merino lambswool, this scarf by Eribé Scotland is the perfect companion for every winter day. A two-tone pattern adds a subtle, calm texture to the central section of the scarf and blends into the expertly combined colours of traditional Fair Isle patterns. The ends of the scarf have short fringes, the edges an elegant, ribbed finish.

Rosy Eribé, a knitting specialist from Melrose in Scotland, skilfully mixes patterns, colours and materials with great attention to detail, and has thus acquired a special reputation for traditional, but modern Fair Isle patterns. The garments are knitted on state-of-the-art machines, mainly on site and in a small Bulgarian family business specialising in the production of these elaborate circular knitted cardigans and sweaters. The jackets/sweaters tend to be cut short and quite close to the body. They therefore combine well with skirts.
