Description
In Italy, the more heavily textured full-twist twill for this women's blouse is woven from pure cotton with an elegant sheen. This blouse has the same characteristics as a classic men's shirt, such as a cutaway collar with stay pockets and hand-sewn shirt gussets at the side seams. Visually identical, the difference lies in the clearly feminine fit: it is slightly shaped at the waist on the sides and back. The collar and the cuffs are pleasantly soft with a loose cotton insert. Sleeves inset in the round, similar to that of a jacket, provide maximum freedom of movement. The twisted yarns (80/2) in warp and weft offer not only the best wearing properties but also long durability and very good care properties. The fine stitching goes perfectly with the closely placed mother-of-pearl buttons, which prevent them from opening at the button placket.
The advantages of the main full-twist fabric become apparent after a period of wear and several washes. Shirts and blouses made of this material have the best wearing properties and remain in impeccable condition for longer.
