Description
The waterproof, durable Riri Aquazip zipper with press-stud strap makes it especially comfortable to put on and take off. The natural rubber is equipped with DuPont™ Kevlar® fibres, reinforcing the forefoot area. This ensures significantly reduced abrasion and wear of the outer material. The luxurious full grain leather lining offers year-round comfort and durability. The specially developed, abrasion-resistant Bi-Density All-Terrain Grip sole ensures a secure step and good footing, even on uneven, slippery and soft terrain. It has a shock-absorbing and energy-returning effect and, in combination with the reinforced upper, significantly reduces foot fatigue. The quick-drying leather insoles provide comfortable wear and extra insulation.
The »Chasseur« rubber boot with leather lining is Le Chameau's flagship and the ideal boot for all seasons. The leather lining makes the boot ideal for long hunting days and extended walks. The full grain leather lining is sourced from French and Italian tanneries for unparalleled comfort. Leather-lined boots are robust, hard-wearing and extremely comfortable to wear. The leather has been treated with an additional moisture protection agent and thus remains soft and supple, even in contact with water.

Le Chameau
Le Chameau has been making rubber boots from high-quality, natural materials by hand since 1927. The idea came from the company's founder Claude Chamot when, on a rainy day in Cherbourg (France), he was tired of hearing his customers complain about their uncomfortable and unprotective boots. He set out to develop a comfortable, well-fitting rubber boot that could withstand the daily wear and tear of hunting, fishing and farm work. He started making prototypes from natural rubber and asked his customers to test them during their daily work and while out hunting. The results were phenomenal... not a single one of them could believe how incredibly durable, comfortable and waterproof the boots were; they loved them and this was the beginning of Le Chameau's incredible story. The boots are still made by hand by the Maîtres Bottiers, the master shoemakers at Le Chameau.
