Yaxell Blue Breeze, Chef's Knife (Fish and Meat Knife)

Description

The Yaxell Blue Breeze combines traditional Japanese knife-making with modern technology and elegant design. The blade features a triple-layered construction with a core made of MOVAX steel. By combining chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium, the steel offers a balanced blend of sharpness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. The blade surface is finished with a traditional hammered pattern (Tsuchime) that not only adds visual appeal but also serves a practical purpose: the textured surface reduces food adhesion, making cutting easier. The ergonomically shaped handle made of blue pakkawood sits securely in the hand, offering a pleasant feel and a contemporary look. Pakkawood is highly resistant to moisture, making it ideal for daily use.
