Eribé Alpine Cardigan
For this cardigan, knitting specialist Rosy Eribé from Scotland uses mainly fine lambswool. The colourful shoulder area is circular knitted and, in combination with a little angora, brings out the Fair Isle pattern at its best. The natural fibres have a warming and temperature-regulating effect, and the knitwear is very soft and supple. The button placket with small mother-of-pearl buttons is underlaid with a ribbed tape. The comfortably long sleeves have turn-down cuffs

Rosy Eribé, a knitting specialist from Melrose in Scotland, skilfully mixes patterns, colours and materials with great attention to detail, and has thus acquired a special reputation for traditional, but modern Fair Isle patterns. The garments are knitted on state-of-the-art machines, mainly on site and in a small Bulgarian family business specialising in the production of these elaborate circular knitted cardigans and sweaters. The jackets/sweaters tend to be cut short and quite close to the body. They therefore combine well with skirts.
