How to proceed in the event of a claim or complaint
Convincing product quality and good service are important to us, but if errors do occur, we will endeavour to find a quick and uncomplicated solution.
To do this, please send an e-mail to [email protected], stating your customer and order number, so that our staff can view your order and investigate the matter.
The Dictum company pages on Facebook or Instagram, as well as review portals such as Trustpilot and others, are not suitable for contacting us in the event of a complaint. So that we can take care of solving your problem, please use our email address as described above.
We will not accept unobjective criticism, insults, polemics, threats, blackmail and unlawful behaviour. We reserve the right to take legal action and to terminate the business relationship if necessary.
We have drawn up our own netiquette rules(link) for our Facebook page. The following also applies here: If these are ignored, we reserve the right to block the user.
We firmly believe that respectful behaviour is the key to a good relationship between customer and company. This has been confirmed by our many satisfied customers for decades!
