The Fimar brand, based in Villa Verucchio in the Italian province of Rimini, was founded in 1979 by Oriano Tamburini. His intention was to supply Italian restaurants, bars and canteens, but also butchers and hunters with professional food processing machines made from the highest quality components – made in Italy! The first machine designed and realised by Fimar's specialists was a meat grinder, which, by the way, can still be found in the product range today in optimised form and in various sizes and versions.
