Description
The cast iron frying pan by Baack has been forged from one piece of steel and does without any artificial coating. A purely natural patina is gathered over time. In order to develop this non-stick coating, cast iron frying pans must be burned in before using them for the first time. This is done using highly heatable oil, salt and potato skins. Comes with instructions (in German) for use and maintenance and how to burn in the natural non-stick coating.
