Description
Today, this produces an exclusive side yield of just 900 litres of the finest cold-pressed olive oil per year. Being an untreated natural product of highest quality, the oil is extracted with the utmost care from olives that have reached their optimal ripeness.
It has a beautiful lime-yellow colour, is easily digestible and low in acidity, with a delicate, individual taste and a wonderfully natural aroma.
Goes perfectly with all Mediterranean dishes, fresh salads and for refining sauces, soups, dips and much more. Best, however, it is enjoyed pure with fresh bread.
Not suitable for frying.

Quinta do Pégo and its 30 hectares of A-rated vineyards, some with vines up to 70 years old, are the dream come true for Danish wine enthusiast Karsten Søndergaard. Quinta do Pégo is 138 metres, the vineyards up to 350 metres above the water level of the Douro River, the third longest river in Portugal. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful locations of a quinta in the Douro Valley.
