Returned items

  • which are soiled or damaged from having been used more than was necessary when trying out the product or
  • which show signs of wear that are not attributable to trying out the product as intended or which would not have occurred if the items had been tried out in one of our physical shops, or
  • whose identification label or price label has been removed, or
  • whose packaging may be a value-enhancing factor and this original packaging is damaged or lost,

will, depending on the individual case, not be accepted or only accepted by deducting appropriate compensation from the amount to be returned for having used the product.

For returns from Germany, you will find the related return label in your shipping box. Return labels for other countries are available online in your customer account or on request from our Customer Service team. Please note that the return label is only valid for a single return shipment from the country of the recipient of the original shipment.
