The Frost River Summit Expedition Pack features a proven and timeless design inspired by classic hiking backpacks. Meticulously handcrafted in Duluth, Minnesota, it stands for the highest quality craftsmanship.

With a capacity of approx. 32 litres, the main compartment of the Summit Expedition offers ample space for your hunting equipment. The two side pockets are practical for carrying water bottles or insulated flasks and offer additional storage space. There is another zipped pocket at the front where you can easily store smaller items. On the top of the flap there are sturdy leather patches that serve as practical anchor points for additional equipment.

The Summit Expedition is designed for resilience and durability. It has a double-layered canvas base and is made of high-quality 18 oz waxed cotton, hard-wearing leather and solid brass fittings. The two padded backstraps are made of high-quality deerskin and provide a high level of carrying comfort, even on longer hunting trips. The fastening system with solid brass fittings ensures a secure and stable fit. In addition, a 2.5 cm wide cotton carrying handle allows the backpack to be carried comfortably.

The four leather patches on the flap provide a secure way to attach items to the outside of the backpack. The backpack closes with a »para cord drawstring« and a flap over the main compartment. The »para cord drawstring« is a special parachute cord made of nylon, which is known for its high strength and reliability and is used in many outdoor and survival applications.

The company was founded in 2001 by Steve Emerson, who had previously been head designer at Duluth Pack for more than twenty years.
