Purple Curry, Fine

This curry powder fascinates with its intense purple colour, but above all with its finely composed blend with exciting, carefully balanced acidity, the floral notes of hibiscus, elderberry and jasmine blossom and the fruit of freeze-dried, ground mango, raspberries and blueberries. A hearty-classic, multi-layered, mildly spicy taste experience with fish, scallops, poultry, white meat and cabbage vegetables.
