The vinification: 100 % Shiraz, hand-picked. The grapes are fermented on the mash for 5-8 weeks. This is followed by a very gentle pneumatic pressing. The wine is aged in 225 litre oak barrels.

The wine: The bright garnet red radiates depth and brilliance in the glass. Complex aromas of blackcurrants, fresh blueberries and blackberries, combined with notes of chocolate and violets. The aromatic fruit skilfully dominates the well-integrated oak aromas. Powerful, with fine tannins and moderate acidity, the elegant structure of the wine is convincing on the palate.

The food: Served at room temperature with typically festive, winter dishes.
