The sweater with all over Fair Isle pattern, is made of pure lambswool by knitting specialist Rosy Eribé in Scotland. The distinctive striped cuffs and hem, and the graphic motifs inspired by the natural beauty of the Scottish landscape, are a signature feature of these traditional hand-knitted sweaters. Originally, the fine, varied pattern adorned the fishermen's sweaters. Each family had its own, individual composition of octagons and hexagons and passed them on from generation to generation. The pleasantly soft wool quality and the round-knitted finish with no annoying seams ensure high wearing comfort. The slightly waisted cut skilfully emphasises the feminine silhouette and makes the sweater an absolute head-turner.

Rosy Eribé, a knitting specialist from Melrose in Scotland, skilfully mixes patterns, colours and materials with great attention to detail, and has thus acquired a special reputation for traditional, but modern Fair Isle patterns. The garments are knitted on state-of-the-art machines, mainly on site and in a small Bulgarian family business specialising in the production of these elaborate circular knitted cardigans and sweaters. The jackets/sweaters tend to be cut short and quite close to the body. They therefore combine well with skirts.
